Cliff Totherow is a homegrown Fort Mill native. He graduated from Winthrop University, majoring in both Psychology & Philosophy. He further attended graduate school and researched emotion and deception detection at the University of South Carolina. Over the past decade, Cliff has made a career of understanding people’s needs and providing expert solutions to unique situations.Cliff and his father run the oldest independent car lot in South Carolina: Elmer’s Used Cars, LLC. Having sold thousands of vehicles to local customers over the past ten years, Cliff knows how to make working together both a fun and relaxing experience for everyone involved.
